Inky Paws Challenge #243 Week 4

This is our last week for the current sketch challenge which can be used for so many occasions. The IPC design team have designed five different occasions to kick-start your creativity. Let's check them out:

Danni Bindel uses the Tropical Leaves stencil to create a beautiful texture to showcase her flowers from the Floral Delights stamp and coordinating die set. She uses the Card Layout 4 and the Basic Frames die sets to create her different pieces. Making this into a thinking-of-you card is a wonderful way to send some love thought the mail!

Debbie Owens is back with another Halloween card featuring the Haunted House die as well as the Card Layout 4 die. She showcases papers from the Halloween Party paper pad as well as the yellow glitter paper from the Cheerful Brights Glitter Cardstock. Those spooky critters are from the Trick or Treat Newton and the Trick or Treat Puppy stamp sets. This sketch is so fun to make quick, easy scenes for Halloween!

Think anniversary cards need to be made with neutral or metallic colros? Think again! Amy Tollner shows how bright colors work too! Crystal Minkler is getting an early start on her St. Patrick's Day cards, and this one is filled with green! She uses papers different patterned green papers from the Bright Basics paper pad. She then creates a vellum oval using the Oval Frames die set. She places the puppy from the Lucky Dog stamp and coordinating die set atop the oval. Doesn't this little fellow look amazing in his top hat? Crystal also uses dies form the Frames & Flags die set to create her banners. Wonderfully done!

Debbie Owens is getting her thank you cards ready. She goes with a wintry theme using the Snowfall stencil to make her pastel blue snowflakes. She uses the Frames & Flags die set for the scallop edging. She then stamps Snowflake Oval stamp set cut using a die from the Oval Frames die set. She uses an assortment of blue markers to color all the snowflakes. Enjoying all the snow is the feline from the Snow Angel Newton stamp set. She adds her sentiment from the Snowman Roundabout stamp set on a bit of vellum. Snow cute!

Amy Tollner is hauling in some holiday joy with this darling card! She pulls the plaid paper from the Canine Christmas Paper Pad cut using the postage-edge die from the Framework die set. She then adds a vellum oval using the Oval Frames die set on which she places her blue vintage truck from the Holiday Haul stamp and coordinating die set. A fabulous way to wish someone a wonderful holiday season!

Claire Lamb designs this snowy scene using the Evergreens Frame die. Her distressed evening sky with a sprinkling of snow look fabulous with her prettily colored pine trees! A wonderful CAS card!

Crystal Minkler packs her holiday card with lots of festive holiday papers from the Christmas Time paper pad. She uses the A2 Card Layout die set to create her card layout and showcases the clowder of felines from the Cat Christmas Tree stamp and coordinating die set. Aren't they just the cutest? She adds her sentiment to a little banner using the Frames & Flags die set. So cute!

For this darling card, Danni pulls four festive papers from the Birthday Party paper pad which she pairs with the duo of mice from the Birthday Mice stamp set. To create her layout, Danni uses both the Circle Frames die set as well as the A2 Card Layout die. Too cute!

She inverts two of the elements by using the Postage Stamp Layout die set and trimming it down for her central stripe. She uses the rounded rectangular die from the Frames & Flags die set for her center panel. She adds the postage using the Holiday Postage Sampler stamp set and finishes with a sentiment from the Holiday Essentials stamp set. A fun take on the sketch!
